How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week to ensure peak freshness. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date, and we typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions where you can choose your favorite blend or a rotating single-origin selection. You can set the frequency and pause or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your shipping policy for coffee beans?
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you provide whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings including Espresso, Filter, or French Press to suit your brewing method.
