At Code Black Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and exchanges or credits for coffee quality concerns.
Contact Support
Email our roasting team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Assessment
Our quality control team will review your request to determine if the product is eligible for a return, replacement, or store credit.
Secure Packaging
For equipment returns, ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging before shipping it back to our Melbourne roastery.
Resolution
Once your return is inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
